We listen a lot of times this word Mindset. Do we really know the true meaning of Mindset.
Mindset is the established set of attitudes held by someone or it is a set of beliefs that shape how we make the sense of the world and ourselves. It influence how you think, Feel and behave in any given situations.

Why Mindset is Everything?

Research shows that mindsets play a significant role in determining life's outcomes. By understanding, adapting and shifting your mindset, you can improve your health, decrease your stress and become more resilient to life's challenges.
Mindset can impact our outcomes by determining the way we think, feel or even Physiological respond to some situations. our mindset reflect that how we react to the problems, how we stand out. Good gave the same ingredients to all human beings but it depend on us that how we use it. We also have same brain but mindset is vary people to people and this thing create the difference. Our mindset also reflects our thinking or imagination level. 
At last I want to say that from a simple mathematical problem to great invention our mindset matters a lot. It totally depends on you how you see this world.

How to Grow Mindset?

To grow mindset doesn't mean that we start thinking of great achievement. Day-dreaming improves our imagination but in day-dreaming we only think what we want to achieve, we never think about the problems. Growing mindset is like a habit, so here we need some time to grew it.
1. Always maintain positive attitude
2. Never loss hope 
Here the most important things that matter is our Actions. Actions here like complete your target, celebrate your victories, learn from failure etc. 

How to change fixed Mindset?

All the successful people work on their mindset.
If you have a positive mindset then it is OK.
But if you have a negative mindset then you have to change it immediately.

Here I discuss some steps to change mindset.
1. Make daily targets and achieve them, so you feel that you achieve your target
2. Read biographies of peoples who face same situation like you, so you get confidence
3. During morning or evening use affirmation. Power of affirmation
